Company Formation & Business Licensing
Ejari & Business Documentation
Support with Ejari registration and the supporting documents commonly required for licensing.
Service overview
Ejari is Dubai’s tenancy-registration system. Businesses using leased premises may need a registered tenancy record for licensing or related transactions. We help organise registration documents; this service does not provide premises or verify a landlord’s legal rights.
Our assistance
- Review tenancy information and licensing-document needs
- Organise contract and party-identification records
- Coordinate registration or renewal through the accepted channel
- Check the issued record for matching property and tenant details
Step-by-step process
- 1Check the property, tenancy and applicant role
- 2Prepare current DLD-required documents
- 3Submit through the eligible registration channel
- 4Resolve missing or inconsistent information
- 5Receive and review the registered tenancy record
Requirements & documents
Common preparation documents
- Signed tenancy contract
- Tenant identification or company records as applicable
- Property and landlord information available for the transaction
Additional requirements — case dependent
- Dubai REST/Ejari app: copy of the Unified Tenancy Contract
- Trustee centre: original contract and presentation of the applicant’s Emirates ID
- Representative: official power of attorney; a Dubai-issued POA may be referenced by number, while a POA from another emirate must be attached
- Corporate tenant and channel eligibility: confirm the current DLD requirements for the actual applicant
The exact list depends on your case and the relevant authority. Please do not send documents through the website form.
Costs & fees
Registration-channel charges, renewal or cancellation requirements and document preparation affect cost. Rent and any property-related charges are separate from administrative assistance.
No fixed prices are published. Confirm current authority charges and request a case-specific breakdown separating professional assistance and any third-party costs before proceeding.
Processing time
Missing contract details, property-record inconsistencies, applicant eligibility and channel requirements can affect timing. A tenancy registration does not itself issue a business licence.
Important considerations
- Ejari applies to Dubai; other emirates use their own tenancy procedures.
- The premises must separately satisfy the licensing authority’s activity requirements.
- We do not offer unverified lease arrangements or guarantee licence acceptance.
Document checklist
Final documentation depends on the relevant authority and your circumstances. This is a preparation list, not a universal legal requirement.
